An opportunity for Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church (ESPC) to partner with Bayside Medical Missions (BMM) and La Vida Clinic and Surgical Centerin Ecuador. Volunteers will engage in outreach activities such as hosting assemblies in public schools to share the Gospel, leading children's Bible Clubs in a smaller community, and working at the LaVida Clinic and Surgical Center. We will also have the privilege of interacting with national workers at the clinic and attending an Ecuadorian church service, further immersing ourselves in the local culture.
This trip holds immense potential for personal and spiritual growth as we surrender ourselves to God's work. Through prayer and reliance on the Holy Spirit, we aim to deepen our connection with God and share the Good News of the Gospel.
You or your parent or legal guardian must complete the application through Service Reef, but before you begin sign and save the forms listed below and save them to be uploaded in your application. In the application, you will include Rules of Conduct, Consent to Receive Medical Treatment, Release of Liability, and Photo & Video Consent. These forms are located on this page under FORMS along with a Q & A document you can open and read for more information. You will also need to upload 2 photos: a photo of your passport and a casual photo of yourself.

Prerequisites
- Complete immunizations specifically needed for travel to Ecuador.
- Enroll in the Safe Travel Enrollment Program at this address https://step.state.gov/step/
Responsibilities
- You will be working with children in their school classes and present in assembly meetings. Also, working in the community with Youth Bible Clubs
Preparation
- Complete the application, pay all fees ($1600) individually or by raising support Team through our fundraising platform. Our goal will be $16,000
